JAQ may use information to respond to inquiries, evaluate potential role alignment, conduct recruitment screening, maintain the JAQ talent network, coordinate interviews and support legitimate employer recruitment processes.
Employer sharing
Candidate information may be shared with authorized prospective employers or relevant service providers when appropriate to a legitimate recruitment process and subject to the consent, notice and access controls applicable to that stage. JAQ does not sell candidate data to advertisers.
Data minimization
JAQ aims to disclose only information reasonably necessary for the relevant recruitment stage and to avoid collecting highly sensitive documents before they are needed.
